This website introduces Leads Perfect services and provides website design concepts. Viewing a page or preparing an inquiry does not create a paid service agreement.

Base packages and proposals

Displayed service prices are base packages. The scope, responsibilities, service period, payment schedule and any separately priced requirements are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Multi-month figures are the total upfront payment for the selected period.

Website development

The base website development fee is $799 once for the agreed 4–5 page package. Domain registration, hosting and professional email are separate. The package includes agreed revisions and agreed handover guidance. Larger projects are discussed and quoted before work starts.

Marketing outcomes

Search placement, AI visibility, advertising performance, inquiries and sales depend on factors beyond a single service. We agree on the work and review the available performance data; this website does not promise a specific ranking, number of leads or revenue.

Demonstration content

Sample brands, sample interactions and visual concepts are demonstrations. They are not presented as completed client projects, actual property listings, commercial bookings or verified client outcomes.
